Opinion of Judge Kane on the Suggestion of Jane Johnson. October 12, 1855 (Philadelphia, 1855.)

Jane Johnson on October 2 again submitted an affidavit to Judge Kane declaring Passmore Williamson innocent of any abduction. Kane here rules it immaterial, and offers his defense of the right of masters to bring slaves into the free states.
